My name is Brian and I live with my dad, sister, grandma and cousins in the Soweto slums in Nairobi, Kenya. Since my mum died, dad is the sole breadwinner and works all day as a tailor to provide for us. Life in the slum is hard, I wish for my family to live in a nicer place in Nairobi.

My biggest dream is to become a pilot, as I would like to travel to Germany or Spain. I like to play football with my friends and I love dogs, later I would like to have one of my own to play with and to protect my family. My favourite colour is red because it is simply beautiful. At school I can learn to grow up to build my own life.
